This role integrates process, data, systems, analytics and business capabilities across the RDQ domain to enable scalable, aligned and value-driven ways of working across innovation, product development, quality, regulatory and scientific functions. The PEL partners with senior RDQ leadership, regional business teams, IT, Data & Analytics and transformation teams to drive deployment, continuous improvement,



governance and capability uplift across the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering & functional leadership* Act as a strategic partner to senior RDQ leadership and co-own the transformation and continuous improvement roadmap.* Translate RDQ priorities into structured capability, process and transformation initiatives.* Collaborate across Research & Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT and Data & Analytics.* Influence senior stakeholders to align transformation activities with business objectives.RDQ capability transformation* Lead and support transformations across key RDQ areas, including: + Innovation and product development + Product lifecycle management (PLM) + Formula/recipe and specification management + Quality management systems (QMS) + Laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and scientific data + Regulatory and compliance processes + Product and packaging development + Ingredient and raw material management + Quality assurance and continuous improvement* Ensure processes, data, analytics, systems and operating models align with enterprise
