Do you have a passion for the English language and a talent for making it click for others? Mondosol is searching for a skilled English Language Teacher to join our global online teaching community. Work from anywhere, on your schedule.
What You Will Do:
- Teach engaging one‑on‑one and group English lessons via Google Meet
- Assess each student's level and build customized lesson plans that match their goals
- Help students master English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
- Provide clear, constructive feedback that accelerates student progress
- Prepare students for real‑world English use — at work, in travel, and in everyday life




- Track learning milestones and adjust your teaching style as students develop
- Contribute to a welcoming, growth‑oriented online learning community

Must Have:
- Native or near‑native English speaker (C1/C2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional teaching environment
- Computer, webcam, and microphone ready for Google Meet sessions

Nice to Have:
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent English teaching certification
- Experience teaching English to non‑native speakers (adults or mixed levels)
- Knowledge of multiple teaching methods (communicative, task‑based, grammar‑translation)
- Prior experience with online teaching platforms
