You’ll have the opportunity to work within our IT team, supporting business-critical projects and ensuring the successful coordination and delivery of key initiatives.
Your missions:
- Coordinate and manage all requests coming from GEMINI US and GEMINI MEIA/EU projects to the HQ
- Prioritize and distribute tasks to the stakeholders
- Provide strong support during migration phases and go‑live periods
- Collaborate with the internal IT team and ensure alignment across projects
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication between project teams and headquarters
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes
- Ensure documentation and reporting are up to date and aligned with project requirements

Your profile:
- Experience in project management within IT environments, at least 5 years
- Proficiency with CounterSoft Gemini and SAP




- Experience coordinating multi-regional or global projects
- Academic background: degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- English and Italian fluent
- You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
- Hybrid on Milan (3/5)
