Oversee end‐to‐end payroll runs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery; provide direct support or validation for France payroll runs as required.
Manage pre‐payroll validations, data cleansing and exception handling to minimize rework for payroll cycles together with TCS.
Reconcile payroll outputs, investigate post‐payroll discrepancies, perform root‐cause analysis and implement corrective actions across supported countries.
Coordinate with local and global payroll vendors (e.g., CloudPay, TCS, local vendors) and internal platform owners (Workday, ServiceNow) for integration issues, configuration clarifications and incident resolution.
Maintain and update detailed country‐specific payroll process documentation and transaction‐level work instructions.




Support testing and deployment of payroll system changes, patches and enhancements; validate results and document outcomes.
Produce regular payroll reports and support KPI tracking; elevate trends, country‐specific risks and compliance issues to the manager.
Support onboarding and training of vendor payroll teams (e.g., TCS) and act as a subject matter resource for payroll queries.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax rules and statutory reporting requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggest automation opportunities and strengthen controls for multi‐country payroll processing.
Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge of local payroll legislation, social security, taxes and statutory filings — mandatory.
Hands‐on experience with global payroll platforms and integration tools; familiarity with CloudPay, Workday and ServiceNow advantageous.
