Your Role
As a
Customer Success Specialist – Cisco
, you will support the growth of our Cisco business by helping partners identify opportunities, maximize Cisco programs,



and achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners within the Cisco ecosystem.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform.
- Manage the partner lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to execute joint growth strategies.
- Monitor pipeline performance and business results, contributing to the achievement of sales and growth targets.
- Provide market insights and partner feedback to support business planning, go-to-market initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Promote Cisco programs, incentives
