International Sales Development Representative / Medical Devices | Junior | Remote | English, Italian & Spanish or French speaking

GrowthMedics helps medical device, Veterinary, IVD manufacturers and Contract Manufacturers successfully expand across Europe and the Middle East. Acting as an extension of our clients' commercial teams, we support market entry through distributor development, hospital sales, business development, regulatory market access, and strategic growth initiatives in international markets.

This role is intended for
Mid-Level Medical Device Sales Professionals (3–7 years of experience)
who enjoy prospecting, lead generation, and outbound sales.

To be considered, you must have:

✔ 3–7 years of professional sales or business development experience

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience within the medical device, healthcare, veterinary or life sciences industry

✔ Experience selling into hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, or working for a medical device distributor

✔ Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting,



lead generation, and appointment setting

✔ Fluent English, Italian
AND
German, Spanish or French

The Role

This is an
outbound new sales and business development role
focused on generating and managing new commercial opportunities for medical (and veterinary) device manufacturers across Europe. The majority of your time will be spent identifying prospects, conducting outbound outreach, outside field trips visiting distributors, hospitals and tradeshows, qualifying opportunities, securing meetings, and building sales pipeline. You will be working with a growth developer team to develop and executive sales strategies for multiple manufacturers as a project manager.
