We're an agency specializing in B2B and B2C events that heavily emphasize using technology as content and engagement mechanics.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Art Director / Graphic Designer, preferably with experience gained within an events, editorial or communication agency.

He/She will join the creative team, collaborating with creatives, project managers, and producers in developing visual concepts and creating materials for events and special projects.

We are seeking a professional who can combine aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and design capabilities, with a desire to experiment with new languages and creative tools.

Experience

: At least 7 years of previous experience in similar roles

What you will do
- Ideation and development of visual creative concepts for events, brand experiences, and communication projects.
- Creation of graphic executive files for setups, stage designs, installations, and communication supports.
- Creation of high-impact visual creative presentations.
- Development of mood boards, mockups, and visual concepts.




- Design of online and offline graphic materials.
- Collaboration with the creative team in defining the visual identity of projects.
- Interface with suppliers and partners to verify the correct execution of materials.
- Support for the development of internal agency projects, communication activities, and branding initiatives.
- Continuous research of trends, inspirations, and new creative solutions, including through Artificial Intelligence tools.

Required Skills
- Precision in preparing executive files for printing and production.
- Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Experience in creating creative presentations.
- Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for generating static and dynamic content and supporting creative processes.
- Knowledge of HTML language for creating DEMs, Landing Pages, and Websites.
