Customer Service & Asset Specialist (m/f/d)

In this dynamic role, you will act as a key link between customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. By combining excellent customer service with asset-related activities, you will help ensure smooth operational processes, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the efficient flow of Tosca's reusable assets.
This position is based in
Agrate Brianza (Italy)
with hybrid working opportunities available.
Your Responsibilities
Customer Service & Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented customer experience.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and help ensure a smooth implementation process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure a high level of data quality.
- Coordinate stock reconciliations with customers and support the investigation of discrepancies.
- Work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and operational processes.
- Support the resolution of customer service and quality-related issues.
- Provide updates regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
Asset Support & Inventory Coordination
- Monitor asset movements and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate asset records and support transparency throughout the asset lifecycle.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions when required.
