About the Role

We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to join our organization.



The role is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle, from development through customer delivery and after-sales support. The Product Quality Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross-functional activities, and supports the enhancement of product reliability, robustness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- define and implement the Product Quality strategy across the organization
- monitor quality performance of machines installed at customer sites
- analyze data from testing, installation, technical support, and customer feedback
- identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for product improvement
- collaborate with Engineering during product design and industrialization phases
- support validation and qualification processes for new products
- define and maintain product quality requirements and acceptance criteria
- coordinate the management of product non-conformities and cus
