Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn IT Intern who is proficient in both Italian and English to support our IT team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a student, recent graduate, or career switcher looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting in a corporate environment.
This is a fixed-term internship (e.g., 6 months) with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees (onsite and remote), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with user account creation and management in Active Directory.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers,
mobile devices, etc.).
- Help document IT procedures and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Participate in ongoing IT projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with routine tasks such as patch management, system updates, and backup checks.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused IT support, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- Offer occasional support to senior leadership and executives, ensuring discretion and responsiveness.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, MacOS, and networking concepts.
