Internship within Internal Communication Team
- Develop a strong understanding of corporate communication, employee engagement and communication strategies within an international luxury environment.
- Strengthen content creation and storytelling skills by producing high-quality communications for both internal and external channels, including LinkedIn.
- Build project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities by supporting cross-functional communication initiatives and events.
- Gain hands-on experience in enhancing company culture and brand reputation through impactful communication projects and digital engagement activities.
Job responsibilities
- Support the creation, editing and publication of internal communication content across multiple channels, including the corporate intranet, newsletters, organizational announcements and executive communications.
- Contribute to the development of engaging storytelling initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement and employer branding.
- Collaborate on LinkedIn editorial planning and content creation,
supporting the visibility of corporate initiatives, leadership communications and key business milestones.
- Assist in drafting communication materials tailored to both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency of tone of voice and brand positioning.
- Support cross-functional communication projects by liaising with HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and other business functions.
- Help the planning, organization and execution of internal events, leadership meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support managing of project timelines, meeting agendas and follow-up activities, ensuring smooth execution of communication initiatives.
- Support relationships with external agencies and suppliers involved in communication and event projects.
