We are looking for a UX Designer to join our Experience Design team, working at the intersection of lighting systems, smart home energy management, and EV charging infrastructure. Role Overview As a UX Designer, you will contribute to the design of intuitive, scalable, and high‐quality user experiences across a portfolio of connected products and platforms.

You will work across multiple touchpoints, from embedded interfaces and mobile apps to cloud‐based services, ensuring coherence and usability within a complex system. A key aspect of this role is the ability to combine usability, functionality, and aesthetic quality. We believe that visual and interaction design are not separate layers, but deeply interconnected: aesthetics play a critical role in clarity, perception, trust, and overall user experience. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams including different business units, marketing, R&D;, product managers and business stakeholders, translating user needs and strategic goals into meaningful design solutions.
