Production Manager

The resource will be responsible for managing the entire production process of the Castelguelfo plant, specialized in the manufacturing plastic packaging for the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Activities
- Ensuring the effective execution of production activities, guaranteeing the achievement of productivity, quality, efficiency, and service targets.
- Driving plant reorganization initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, improving efficiency, reducing waste, and fostering employee engagement, with a focus on Lean Manufacturing principles
- Coordination of production activities and technical teams, promoting collaboration among Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and other plant functions to ensure the achievement of operational objectives
- Promoting and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, supporting the development of an effective safety culture aligned with company policies and standards

Skills
- At least 3⁄4 years of experience as Production Manager in a manufacturing company




- Experience in plastics or pharmaceutical fields will be considered as a plus
- Fluent in English language
- Strong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Good people management and communication skills

Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar fields
Location : Castelguelfo di Fontevivo (PR)
Annual Based Salary: 60.000 € - 70.000 €
