Segment Sales Manager

As Segment Sales Manager – Infrastructure & Agriculture, you will lead the commercial development of two strategic business segments for Aliaxis Italia, driving growth, profitability, and customer engagement across the Italian market. Reporting to the Domestic Sales Director Italy, you will play a key leadership role, combining strategic business development, key account management, and people leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen Aliaxis’ market position.
The role can be based on our site Fiesso Umbertiano (RO) or Casella (GE) and requires frequent travel across the national territory to support customers, sales teams, and commercial partners.
