RESPONSABILITIES

Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties (such as Talent Acquisition team, headhunters and eventually universities) to maintain a steady talent pipelineOnboarding Management:

Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integrationEmployee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR proceduresHR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issuesCollaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the companyHR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives
