Gruppo Lactalis Italia A Sales Business Management Control Specialist is needed to join the Management Control Department of the BU Meat . The resource will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring and improvement of the commercial area's performance for the BU, with a focus on Consumer channels, reporting to the Business Management Control Senior Manager . Responsibilities Lead the process of preparing the Rolling Forecast and Budget for the area of responsibility; Carry out monthly closing activities and analyze variances vs Rolling, Budget and N-1,



and key KPIs; Produce and present periodic reports for the area of responsibility; Ensure weekly monitoring of KPIs and lead the weekly commercial estimation process; Analyze and share profitability by product/channel/customer; Support Trade Marketing and Sales functions in ex-ante and ex-post analysis activities for evaluating commercial activities; Collaborate with Plant Business Management Control on cross-BU topics. Required Skills Professional experience of 2-5 years in controlling; Specialized degree in Economics (or similar); Excellent knowledge of English, French is considered a plus; Excellent command of the Office package and data processing skills; Excellent knowledge of SAP and Essbase; Ability to analyze and manage priorities; Excellent interpersonal skills and strong aptitude for teamwork; Autonomy, initiative, determination, intellectual curiosity, and flexibility; Problem-solving and aptitude for making decisions in complex environments; Accuracy in data processing and ability to analyze and evaluate alternative situations and scenarios.
