Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Sales for Iberia & Italy to drive long-term growth and retail strategy across these markets. You will lead brand-building initiatives, manage a high-performing sales team, and build strong partnerships with senior buyers and distribution partners.
In this role, you will localize the EMEA strategic plan, develop forecasting, and ensure execution of seasonal campaigns while upholding Deckers values and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
