Randstad Italia spa on behalf of our partner Huawei Technologies Italy is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the ICT Marketing & Solution Sales Department Team, based in Milan.
- Location: Milan, Italy
- Contract Type: 1 year outsourcing contract powered by Randstad
- Salary Range: €27,000 - €32,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Ideal Starting Date: September

Core Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Huawei, you will work in synergy with local teams and Global HQ, lead multi-channel campaigns, SEO strategies, and content creation plans for the ICT market, focusing on:
- Campaign Execution: Design and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (Social, Email, SEO, Paid Ads) to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
- Content Management: Create and optimize content for the website and social channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), ensuring SEO and Huawei brand alignment.




- Localization & Asset Creation: Coordinate content localization and website updates. Partner with Product Managers to create B2B promotional assets (visuals, videos, brochures).
- Performance Analytics: Monitor campaign performance (Google Analytics & social insights) and deliver actionable reports and recommendations.
- Agency & Event Support: Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for content production. Support digital promotion for product launches, webinars, and roadshows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Product teams to align marketing activities with business development goals.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Political Science, Visual Design, or a related field.
- Language Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
