Job Scope

The IT Salesforce Manager oversees the strategic development, optimization, and
administration of Diasorin's Salesforce platform, managing an external team of
administrators and developers while aligning the platform's capabilities with
overall business goals. Ensures CRM solutions support business processes,
enhance user experience, and comply with security and governance standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Salesforce Platform Management: Administration, configuration, performance
monitoring, and updates.
* Solution Design and Implementation: Deliver CRM solutions (Sales & Marketing)
aligned with business requirements.
