Assure and follow monthly and weekly MPS execution/accuracy respecting SQCD targetSupervise manufacturing activities in the shopfloor, which also includes: support on time closing of work orders in AOS/SES, Productive & Nonproductive hours booked in AOS/SES analysis, Spent time versus Method time discrepancies analysis and proposal for improvementFull APSYS deployment on the Shopfloors, SQCD performance, and tracking the associated KPI; Optimizations of workstations via application of APSYS Tools; Animation of corrective action issue (e.g.
QRQC)Propose and coordinate continuous improvement projects in the ShopfloorsContribute on Mfg Skill Matrix updateSupport EPU Manager on critical operational issue/blocking pointSupport the finish products delivery interfacing all the necessary stakeholdersFacilitate communication between Manufacturing team and other functionsResponsible for the implementation and application of the corporate policies (ISO, EHS, Ethics and Compliance….)
Salary Range 34.500 € - 45.900€
