We are looking for a future full-time Client Advisor (1-year contract) to join our team in Milan, Via Verri.
Job responsibilities
Your mission
- Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
- Meet individual CRM goals and maintain extensive product and repair knowledge, excelling in all customer interactions from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
- Serve as an after‑sales professional, remaining the primary point of contact for all post‑purchase topics.
- Drive first‑class processing of repairs, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to customers.
Profile
Your experience and skills
- Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcomed.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- A passion for customer experience and consulting.
