The eBeam technology represents a major breakthrough in packaging sterilisation, enabling high-speed production, reduced operational costs, and significant reductions in the use of chemicals, water, and energy. We are looking for talented people across multiple areas—Development, Engineering, Production, and Supplier Management—to help drive the evolution of our eBeam system for today’s and tomorrow’s filling equipment.
We are hiring a Production Engineer who will contribute in the development of new manufacturing processes and production equipment and further development and optimization of existing ones.



The Production Engineer will also seamless transfer new products from development into series production and provide proactive technical production support.
This is a permanent position based in Modena, Italy. For knowledge transfer from Flamatt site, travel to Switzerland is required at the beginning of the assignment.
Leading engineering change projects for product improvement, design, process optimization, cost reductions or further development of standard products
Active participation in the production-oriented development and introduction of new products or their industrialization
Creation and maintenance of production documentation and specification documents, esp. Recording and defining the physical processes in the processes and products used with regard to the materials (Degassing, Bake-Out, Conditioning, Coating, Surface manufacturing (f.e. electropolishing) Chemical Cleaning of the parts, Clean room processes)
Responsible for manufacturing process validations f.e
