Role Description
Our flagship store on Via Sant’Andrea sits at the heart of Milan’s luxury district - where we build lasting relationships with a discerning international clientele. You will be an ambassador of SO-LE STUDIO in store: guiding clients through a personalized purchase experience, driving sales performance, and embodying the brand’s aesthetic and values in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, tailored client experience that reflects SO-LE STUDIO’s positioning in the luxury market
Build and nurture long-term relationships with an international clientele
Drive store KPIs and contribute actively to revenue targets
Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and store organization
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest luxury standards
Execute retail operations including cash handling, returns, and back-of-house procedures





Profile
~3-5 years of experience in luxury retail (jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle)
~ Fluent English and Italian are mandatory; additional languages are a plus
~ Strong sales instinct with a consultative, relationship-first approach
~ Polished presentation and natural affinity with luxury clientele
~ Team player who takes initiative and works well under pressure
~ Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by store needs
