About the team: The e‐commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space among leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e‐commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‐term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‐world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‐the‐job learning in a fast‐paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Support the Creator Manager with creator development by owning daily operational elements including data analysis and creator matchmaking.
Support creator education and community management/engagement activations, review and onboard new managed creators.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify new creators and increase content opportunities for all categories as basis for seller creator matchmaking.
Familiarise with various operations and analytical tools to prepare reports or performance analysis to increase creator matchmaking and content improvement and contribute to creator growth & level upgrade.
Collect and organize creator feedback, and assist in producing reports or actionable insights.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
Available to start immediately until the end of the year.
Highly interested in the e‐commerce industry, with strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. Understand the short video/content and live broadcast ecosystems of TikTok.
Proficient in Excel/Google/Lark Sheets, with basic data analysis skills.
Chinese‐speaking skills to be able to work with Chinese‐speaking creators.
Be mindful of data and be able to proficiently use at least one data visualization analysis tool.
