Overview
We are looking for a motivated Intern to join the Organizational Secretariat dedicated to private, corporate, and institutional events hosted at Relais Villa Porta. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience in the world of event planning and hospitality management. Responsibilities
Support the planning and organization of private and corporate events;
Participate in client meetings and site inspections;
Assist in the coordination of internal departments and external suppliers for event execution;
Welcome and assist guests during private, corporate, and institutional events;
Contribute to the creation of the social media editorial calendar and related copywriting;
Support CRM and client relationship management activities.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail;
Interest in event management, hospitality, and communication;
Good knowledge of English and Italian (spoken and written);
Proficiency with main Office and social media tools;
Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
