The ideal candidate has gained several years of experience within multinational companies operating in the licensing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of high-quality Entertainment concepts based on Sales Manager / NSO briefings
- Ensure alignment with Licensing, Creative, and Product Development teams
- Drive innovation by identifying trends and developing impactful, market-relevant concepts
- Share best practices, successful case studies, and updates from the Entertainment Team with NSO stakeholders

Pitch Management:
- Manage end-to-end coordination of pitch requests
- Act as central point of coordination between Sales, Entertainment, and other relevant teams
- Ensure consistency and quality across all pitch deliverables
- Facilitate the sharing of concepts and approaches across EMEA

Commercial Support:




- Support the Sales team in defining client-specific Entertainment strategies
- Participate in client meetings to present concepts and provide subject matter expertise
- Provide guidance and constructive challenge to Sales teams to strengthen proposals
- Contribute to the successful commercialization of Entertainment concepts

Stakeholder & Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with local licensing partners
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Creative, Licensing, and Product teams
- Act as the main point of contact for Entertainment topics within the assigned NSO

Business Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive 3-year Business Plan for the NSO
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business updates
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
