JD Logistics seeks an energetic frontline operations supervisor to lead outbound shift activities in our new Italian hub. You will manage picking, packing, wall‐sorting and staging, ensuring orders are processed for courier injection with speed, accuracy, and flawless safety.
You will oversee 50+ operators on the warehouse floor, monitor hourly throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce standard processes. Fluency in English and Italian is required; Mandarin is a plus.
