Overview In this role you own the TENA brand strategy for Italy and Switzerland, driving growth and market share within a global framework. You lead annual planning, budget allocation, and cross‐functional execution to deliver sales targets. You will manage campaigns, product innovations, pricing, and portfolio decisions, translating consumer insights into actionable initiatives. You work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to optimize media and digital activation and ensure end‐to‐end lifecycle management.Benefits

Responsibilities
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing or related field
- 4+ years in Brand Management or similar FMCG role
- Fluency xrdztoy in German, English and Italian
- Experience developing and executing brand strategies with strong consumer insight understanding
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market data tools (Nielsen or IRI) and Excel/PowerPoint
- Proactive team player with ownership mentality and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to manage multiple cross‐functional projects
