Overview Experteer Overview. In this role you lead regulatory activities for Italy, Greece, and Malta, ensuring compliant product registrations and lifecycle management. You will bridge central regulatory strategy with local execution, influencing market access and portfolio performance. You'll work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and supply chain teams in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. This newly created position offers ownership, visibility, and opportunities to shape regulatory strategy across Southern Europe. Responsibilities Develop and implement country regulatory strategies for Italy, Greece, and Malta in line with business goals Manage registration, maintenance, renewal, amendments,



and defence of plant protection product registrations Coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with national timelines Support new product introductions and portfolio expansion in the territories Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on registrations Provide timely responses to authority requests and deficiency letters Maintain records of approvals, timelines, and lifecycle activities Prepare and adapt registration dossiers for local needs Review and approve product labels for compliance Collaborate with Active Substance Managers to align substance strategy with country priorities Act as primary regulatory contact for authorities and stakeholders Guide commercial, technical, and supply chain teams on regulatory matters Manage external consultants and CROs Plan and coordinate regulatory studies (efficacy, residue, etc.) Contribute to continuous improvement of regulatory processes and tools Qualifications Degree in Agronomy, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or related discipline 5-10 years of regulatory affairs experience in crop protection/agrochemicals Strong track record of managing plant protection product registrations in Italy Experience in Greece and/or Malta is a plus Solid understanding of Regul
