Your contribution to the energy transition
As Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth of the company’s Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) portfolio within the utility-scale solar PV sector. The role focuses on identifying and securing new O&M; contracts, building strong relationships with asset owners and investors, and promoting value-added service offerings.
Key duties include scouting for new opportunities, developing sales strategies, preparing technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations,
and supporting the transition from O&M; sales to O&M; execution. The position requires close collaboration with the technical team to ensure competitive, high-quality service solutions and sustained portfolio expansion. You will be reporting to the Country Technical Manager in Italy and will be closely cooperating with the O&M; Team Leader.
You can look forward to the following tasks;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the O&M; portfolio for utility-scale solar plants
- Build and maintain relationships with asset owners, IPPs and investors
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial O&M; proposals tailored to client needs and RFQs
- Lead contract negotiations and close O&M; service agreements
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth targets
