you’ll be the key bridge between operations and IT—making sure our warehouse and shipping systems meet real-world needs while staying aligned with global IT standards. You'll help shape how healthcare moves, from warehouse to patient.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, testing, and rollout of HELIX—our next-generation global platform for order and warehouse management
- Propose, test, and implement smart solutions that improve our healthcare logistics systems, including WMS and shipping platforms
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting compliance and operational excellence
- Work directly with clients, operations teams, engineers, quality control, and global IT to deliver high-impact solutions
- Manage cross-functional projects with a high degree of ownership and visibility
- Receive dedicated training on healthcare compliance systems and UPS’s digital tools
