Your role
:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the shop and its performance in terms of turnover, KPIs and team management. You will report directly to the Store Manager, with whom you will liaise regularly to ensure the shop meets company standards.

What you’ll be doing in practice
:
- You’ll support the Store Manager in planning activities and managing the team
- You’ll stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring business continuity
- You’ll meet sales targets by monitoring KPIs and proposing improvements
- You’ll share sales results and product requirements, providing weekly feedback




- You will ensure a high-quality customer experience in line with the company’s service model
- You will ensure the shop maintains an impeccable image, supported by the Visual Merchandising department
- You will monitor and optimise the shop’s costs
- You will handle the receipt, reordering and correct storage of stock
- You will carry out tasks to support online sales

What we’re looking for in you
:
- You have experience as a manager in well-established retail organisations
- You enjoy working with figures and are performance-driven
- You know how to motivate, engage and lead a team
- You love solving problems and finding solutions
- You are willing to undertake short business trips for training and to provide support in other shops
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and English
