The team

You'll join our Marketing & Product Experience team reporting directly to the Lead. You'll have the opportunity to work end-to-end on design-led campaigns, content, lead generation, and brand moments that raise FBK's visibility.

You'll partner daily with Sales, Product, and Design, moving fast from concept to shipped assets with short feedback loops.

The work you'll do
- Support the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that inspire, engage, and connect with our audience
- Contribute to social media management,



monitor engagement, and help us spark meaningful conversations
- Collaborate on the organization and promotion of webinars, events, and conferences
- Help design and produce visuals and video that make complex ideas simple and beautiful
- Support in analyzing marketing performance metrics and preparing reports and dashboards to optimize our strategies
- Conduct market research to spot trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure branding and messaging remain consistent across all touchpoints

The skills you bring
- Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Design or a related field
- Fluent in Italian (mother tongue) and proficient in English (B2 or higher)
- Academic or project experience in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies
- Hands-on experience with content editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Pr
