About the Role
We are currently looking for a talented FSQ Laboratory Operative Analyst for a parental leave substitution. The role involves performing routine analysis on food, beverage, and environmental samples, maintaining laboratory equipment through calibrations, cleaning, part replacement, and ensuring proper functionality. Tasks include conducting tests according to ISO 17025, analyzing data, preparing culture media, diluents, and reagents, and managing laboratory materials.
Main Responsibilities
- Use analytical equipment in a dynamic, international environment within Ferrero.
- Manage calibrations and use statistical tools to assess the conformity of calibrated objects.
- Prepare and analyze test samples (weight, dilution, count, etc.) independently and read and interpret results.
- Operate SAP to manage samples and results—verify required analyses, print product labels, and enter results.
- Apply project management skills to meet deadlines and perform statistical data analysis.

About You
- High School Diploma in Biology, Chemistry, or a scientific field.




- Prior laboratory experience in food companies is a plus.
- Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under strict deadlines.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to work full‑time hours or shifts, including weekends (Saturday morning).

What We Offer
- Level 6° classification under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
- Guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary of €25,136, with overall compensation determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
