We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to support our finance operations across bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and administration.
This is a fully remote position.
In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, support month-end closing activities, and help improve finance processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years of experience who wants to develop their accounting and finance career while gaining hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, reconciliations, reporting, and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain financial transactions using QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Manage invoices and support payment processing.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Support management reporting,



budgeting, and forecast tracking.
Monitor financial performance and investigate reporting variances.
Assist with audit requests and tax/VAT documentation.
Maintain vendor and customer master data.
Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.
Support ad hoc finance projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
