MEININGER Hotels Group in Rome is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager (f/m/d) to work closely with the Hotel Manager and ensure smooth daily operations. You will coordinate beverage and food suppliers, monitor inventory and costs, and prepare monthly reports.
You will lead the F&B; team, recruit and develop staff, and uphold MEININGER quality standards while adapting to a diverse, flexible schedule. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential.
