We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised and entrepreneurial person to work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, product development, marketing and sales. This is not a traditional assistant role. You will help turn ideas into execution, coordinate key projects and support the day-to-day growth of an emerging Italian menswear and lifestyle brand.
Ideal profile
~1–4 years of experience in luxury, fashion, e-commerce or operations
~ Strong analytical and project-management skills
~ Excellent English and Italian
~ Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking responsibility
~ Based in, or willing to relocate to, Florence

The role offers significant responsibility, direct founder exposure and the opportunity to grow into a senior operational position.
