Ignite in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for our Italian-speaking community. You will handle omnichannel support, troubleshooting, and CRM documentation while delivering top-tier service in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
The role requires native Italian and at least B2 English, excellent communication, and flexibility for rotating shifts. This is a 100% on-site position with relocation support and company housing options.
