As a
Governance & Technical Advisory Senior Consultant
, you will join our
team
with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and ensuring effective IT governance. You will support our clients in I
T Technical Advisory and PMO/Program & Portfolio Management
activities, leveraging your expertise in IT and your management skills. Directly interacting with our customers, you will lead architecture choices with a strong eye on business to bridge technology and business needs.

Specifically,



you will help our customers to drive the change with specific tasks:
- Design and implement of IT Governance frameworks in line with leading practices
- Technical advisory on IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains.
- Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for the governance of complex, multi-stakeholder project portfolios.
- Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets.
- Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes, translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership
