Program details The selected participants will spend two weeks at the historic corporate headquarters in the charming village of Solomeo (Perugia, Italy), where they will attend an intensive course focusing on style, product knowledge, and the development of authentic and lasting customer relationships. Participants will take part in workshops and seminars, collaborating closely with managers from areas related to Retail, Creation, and Distribution of Ready-to-Wear collections. They will learn about the company's history and values and will acquire skills in visual merchandising,
in the organizational management of garments, as well as developing a deep understanding of the product and its styling, enabling them to grow within a luxury environment. The program will also offer insights into commercial development across different markets, from the initial approach with international clients to the final delivery of tailored solutions across various sales channels.
