Right at Home is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide holistic, client‐focused in‐home care aligned with tailored care plans. You will assist with daily living activities and promote comfort for clients in their own homes.
You will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client‐specific care, including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and support with mobility aids. Travel between clients may be required, with a focus on safety and infection control.
