About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month internship opportunity within the Front Desk Department.

What you will do

During the internship at the Front Desk our trainee will learn how to:
- Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out procedures, provide information, and address inquiries and complaints
- Maintain an organized front desk area, manage reservations and prepare reports
- Work with housekeeping, room service and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests, and communicate effectively with team members
