Position Summary
Develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems in Italy, mainly in Northern Italy.

Main opportunities and challenges:
Opportunity to operate in a dynamic multi-channel environment with a wide range of products and systems to offer to customers who manufacture a wide variety of applications in the Mobile & Industrial sector.

Main Responsabilities
- Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
- Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants




- Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
- Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities

Job Position and Requirements
Education:
High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department

Professional Background:
- Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
- At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector

Hard Skills:
Essential:
- Good knowledge of English
- MS Office software package
- Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
- Ability to interact with other company departments

Considered as a plus:
- Knowledge of Hydraulic products
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
- Advanced MS Excel
