As a Governance & Innovation Senior Consultant, you will join our Operations
team with the mission of leading complex digital transformation programs and
ensuring effective governance on innovation-driven projects. You will support
our clients in activities with a focus on innovation challenges, leveraging your
management and technical skills. Directly interacting with our customers, you
will lead digital transformation decisions with a strong eye on both business
and technology.

Specifically,



you will help our customers to drive the change with specific
tasks:

* Governance models to support innovation and digital initiatives in line with
leading practices
* Provide support for complex innovation initiatives across digital and
application domains
* Define, establish, and evolve models for the governance of complex,
multi-stakeholder project portfolios
* Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project
performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs, milestones, and budgets
* Drive the definition and continuous improvement of digital processes,
translating business requirements into actionable solutions
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage with senior internal and
external stakeholders
* Contribute to the growth of the practice through knowledge sharing,
mentoring, and thought leadership
