Role Description This full-time Production Operator role at Laudarte – Illuminazione, Mobili e Accessori di Lusso is an on-site position based in Vicenza. The Production Operator supports the manufacturing of luxury lighting, furniture, and accessories by setting up and operating production machinery, assembling components, and monitoring production lines to meet daily output targets. Responsibilities include performing routine equipment checks, reporting malfunctions, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe, efficient, and orderly workflows. The role also involves following technical instructions and production schedules, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Production Operators may assist with basic maintenance activities, participate in training on new processes or equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications




- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and working on Production Lines.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training, including the ability to learn new procedures and support onboarding of colleagues.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments is beneficial.
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions, work safely, and meet production targets.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Vicenza; flexibility for shift work is an advantage.
