We are an international company operating in the fashion and retail industry, with a strong presence across different markets and an extensive network of stores. We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and sales-oriented person to join our store in Milan.
About The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the store team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting the achievement of sales targets and representing the brand’s image and values.
Main Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process.
Provide personalised advice based on each customer’s needs.
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets.
Deliver a high standard of customer service.
Support product replenishment and ensure products are correctly displayed.
Assist with visual merchandising activities.
Manage cash desk operations and daily store activities.
Support the receipt, control and organisation of stock.
Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment in line with company standards.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in assisted sales, preferably within fashion, footwear or retail.
Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude, proactivity and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility and availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Good level of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a plus.
Interest in fashion, design and product.
