Experteer Overview In this role you help uncover consumer, shopper and market insights to guide global brand growth. You will work at the intersection of data and strategy, partnering with marketing teams and external agencies to deliver rigorous research and actionable recommendations. You will enable access to internal data sources and synthesize findings into clear guidance that informs strategy and innovation. The position offers exposure to flagship houses and cross‐functional stakeholders in a dynamic, global context.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, set up and execute quantitative and qualitative research with methodological rigor
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (notably House of Cognac & Champagne) and external agencies on research projects
Support rollout of global research frameworks and programs (e.g., CEPs)
Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and concise summaries
Provide access to internal insight sources (sell-out data, trend databases, consumer research)
Identify emerging consumer, cultural and category trends to inform strategy




Own complete or partial projects ensuring timely, high‐quality delivery
Make insights accessible and actionable for marketing, channel marketing, finance and R&D;
Support senior I&A; managers on missions (insight community calls, Insight Forum)
Contribute to a strong insight‐driven culture across Houses of Brands
Responsabilità Minimum 5 years experience in consumer insights, market research or analytics (agency or client‐side)
Strong expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative methodologies; experience in questionnaire design, research setup and data processing is a plus
Experience in FMCG, luxury or spirits industry is a plus; international or multi‐market exposure preferred
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
Knowledge of ad hoc research methodologies (concept/product tests, pack tests, adv tests, U&A;) and familiarity with retail KPIs and sell‐out data (Nielsen, Circana)
