The Project Planning Assistant supports our work for a Rome-based international investment group by organizing the technical phases of our financial reviews. You will help maintain the timelines and data structures that allow our team to test the logic of high-stakes commercial decisions.

Blue Oak Consulting provides independent advisory on pricing, portfolio economics, capital allocation, and acquisition assumptions. We are not a traditional consulting firm focused on broad transformation programs or high level strategy decks. The Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will assist project leads in mapping out the logistics and data requirements for complex financial investigations. Rather than managing broad strategy, you will be focused on the mechanics of our engagements for a Rome-based international investment group. The environment is disciplined and focused on evidence.
