The Campus Manager serves as the on-site operational leader for the assigned data centre campus,
with overall responsibility for translating direction from the Director of Operations into consistent, disciplined daily execution. This role leads a team of site engineers and skilled technical personnel, oversees the application of company policies and procedures at site level, and identifies opportunities to improve operational processes within the campus or functional discipline. The position is accountable for maintaining site uptime, meeting SLA commitments, delivering preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, and ensuring effective vendor oversight and performance.
This role requires onsite training/onboarding in one or multiple other EdgeConneX locations. Expected travel in the first 6 months is significant.
