Mosaic Conseil operates as a focused, remote workshop dedicated to rebuilding business artifacts. Whether it is a multi year plan, a pricing ledger, or a complex diligence file, we take these documents apart and put them back together against the evidence of the invoice ledger. Our process is quiet, manual, and intellectual. We do not work on standing retainers and we do not produce slide decks. Instead, we return the same artifact a client sent, redrawn by hand and supported by a written argument. Our partner is a Rome based entity currently restructuring their industrial network, and we are assisting them in auditing their financial and operational models to ensure every assumption holds weight.

About Mosaic Conseil
We are a small firm by design. We believe that the people who do the work should also be the ones who answer the phone. Our workshop is entirely remote, allowing us to remain independent and focused on the evidence found at the ground level of a business. We focus on four specific areas: financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies,



and healthcare systems. Because we do not rely on corporate theater or large scale meetings, our team members spend most of their time engaged in deep analytical tasks. Every file we complete carries two names: one person who built the model and one who argued against it. This ensures that by the time a file reaches a client, it has already survived a rigorous internal audit.

What you would do
As a Project Administrator, you will coordinate the flow of artifacts through our workshop. This is an administrative role that requires a high degree of organization and a professional touch. Your day will mostly involve managing the logistics of our builder and challenger model. You will track the progress of specific files, ensuring that both the builder and the challenger meet their deadlines for the Rome based partner project.
